There are no words to tell you how grateful I am for the balance you gave me and the difference it has made to my quality of life. I am unable to recall when I was last able to walk so well and climb slopes without pain or difficulty with my knees. My left hip has jutted out for approximately twenty years and now does not do so. My friends are amazed and awed by the changes. Some of these people work in the field of remedial massage and other therapies. They tell me they did not think it was possible for me to improve on what I was. They have been with me through my years of a body brace and crutches, with future prospects of a wheelchair. So, once again, my absolute thanks and appreciation for your kindness.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have been seeing Guy Bennett for Treatment for approximately 18 months. Over this time Guy has helped me greatly. I play semi professional Soccer and run my own Personal training business. I am very active but have suffered typical overuse injuries. One year ago I had Patella Tendonitis that had the potential to end my career. I saw all the top doctors and was given the option of having an operation. I did not like the sound of this and went to see guy. Guy worked on body as well as my mind and the results were amazing. I truly recommend Guy to anyone who wants to improve their health and/or performance.

To Whom it may Concern I am a 50 yr old female who has severe scoliosis. Despite the predictions of mainstream medical practitioners I have been very fortunate and lived a relatively pain free normal lifestyle up until my mid 40's. However, my pain levels have increased over these last 5 years and I have been advised to have invasive spinal surgery. I very much want to avoid this avenue of treatment and have investigated and benefited from Pilates & Yoga classes, Oestepathy and Chiropractic treatments. My daughter has a friend who has had very positive results for her (milder) scoliosis from a Kinesiologist and urged me to give it a try. I had my first Kinesiology treatment with Guy Bennett 5 weeks ago and have since experienced much reduced back pain and an increased feeling of well being and postural awareness. During the first night after that treatment I awoke during sleep to find myself completely stretched out with my arms above my head and body and legs in a full stretch! I was at first alarmed to find myself in this position but it felt good and it was like my body had taken over and was trying to straighten itself ! I have just had my 2nd treatment and am looking forward to the benefits, I'm pleased to say I haven't felt better for a long time.

To Whom It May Concern:
It gives me Simon Proctor, great pleasure to testify that Guy Bennett has greatly helped me by repairing long term damage of my knee ligaments using the technique of Kinesiology. He has also helped me with other structural and emotional problems.
For 20 years I have had sporadic pain in my knees caused by having over stretched my knee ligaments. The ligament damage was a result of incorrect kicking techniques taught in a particular martial arts school. Over the years I have received various treatments from different practitioners with some success, but the problem persisted. One Osteopath told me that I could end up crippled because of the severely over stretched ligament. He could only suggest that I exercise the leg muscles to stabilise the knee joint. As I already do extensive leg exercises and the legs are quite strong, this advice was redundant.
It is my considered opinion that the treatment I received from Guy Bennett has largely, if not completely reset my ligaments and I have had little pain in my knee since.
Yours faithfully
Simon Proctor
My journey to kinesiology was one of trial but defiantly not one of error. Approximately 18 months ago I sustained an injury to my back. I suffered from 3 disc protrusions one of which was quite severe. Unlike most people whose disc bulges or herniations occur in their low back mine occurred at the critical junction between my mid back and low back where the nerves of the spinal cord branch out into a horse tail formation known as the cauda equina. My most severe protrusion was touching this nerve bundle causing it to become irritated. Whilst most people with disc bulges in their low back frequently experience sciatic type pain down the back of their leg I had most of the nerves in both of my legs affected so I was experiencing pain down the front, backs and sides of both of my legs, pins and needles in both of my feet, numbness in my toes and I also had bladder and bowel alterations. I had a great deal of spasm and increased tone in both of my legs and was having a great deal of difficulty walking let alone working. Life at the time wasn’t easy because of it. When the injury occurred I like most people went down the traditional treatment and rehabilitation path. I was placed on a variety of medications to reduce the inflammation and the pain and I had 4 epidurals inserted into my back. I saw 3 surgeons all of which refused to operate primarily because of my age – I was 26 at the time. Their advice – quit your job, change your career and avoid anything that causes you pain. Understandably I was devastated. I started pilates to increase my strength and stability and was receiving physiotherapy up to 3 times per week which was something that was not new to me. I had a 4-5 year history of chronic mid-low back pain before my injury in amongst a myriad of other health issues including food allergies and intolerances, mal-absorption and leaky gut syndrome, hormone imbalances and much more. I was living in at my physio’s clinic on a weekly basis before the injury and also initially during it getting treated with very little advancement. I was making very little progress and my pain wasn’t easing even with the medications that I was taking. I was at aloss and was finding it hard to manage each day. I soon realised that if I was going to heal from this as much as I possibly could and return to work in any capacity I had to be prepared to put in the hard yards. I took myself off of my medications and started healing myself naturally. I started delving into the psychological and emotional aspects of myself and I began getting acupuncture 2-3 times per week as well as another form of energy healing dealing with the chakra system. Not too long after starting I began noticing differences in the pain and so forth in my back and legs and chose to continue on and did. It was by chance that I stumbled upon Guy and Cameron from Create Your Reality and kinesiology which combined the various forms of treatment that I was receiving individually into one session. Initially I wasn’t too sure what to expect. I read as much as I could before hand and attended Guy’s free information seminar which shed some light on what kinesiology involved but as I soon discovered what I read and what Guy spoke of could not possibly capture what I felt after my initial appointment and what I feel after each one I’ve had since. Neither Guy or Cameron has done any specific work targeting the discs in my back or my structural alignment but rather have focused on the emotional and spiritual aspects of my being as well as the physiological processing of my internal organs and glands and I am physically the strongest and most stable I have been in quite some time. My back is relatively pain free and I have returned to full time work and I am currently capable of performing more tasks on a daily basis than I was even before I injured my back. What is more important for me though is that mentally and emotionally I am the strongest and happiest that I have ever been. I owe a great deal of gratitude to both Guy and Cameron for helping me to mould myself into the person that I knew I could be and want to be and for helping me on my journey.
