Guy Bennett first started studying Tai Chi in 1991. In 1993 he travelled through India and South East Asia studying Yoga and meditation. In 1996 he began his studies with Pam Timmers, a Qi Gong Master then living in Brisbane. She gained her knowlege from 10 years of study with masters in China. Guy noticed a profound positive change in many areas of his life when he started to use Pam's system. From 1999 to 2003, Guy studied Aikido with the Ki Society. Guy is currently studying Mater Huang's Tai Chi system with Glen Blythe.
In 1997 Guy began his study and practice of Kinesiology which he continues today, adding a truly unique perspective to his knowledge of the internal arts. The influence of the Qi Gong in 1996 were integral in Guy moving into his career in Kinesiology.
While the Qi Gong training is primarily based on Pam Timmer's system, there are influences from all of Guy's internal arts knowledge.

The Archer
Early in the morning, just prior to sunrise, the group makes their way from the Zen House to the Dojo in a surreal silence, being touched by the stillness of the morning.
The group forms a circle inside the Dojo and Guy leads the routines. Very quickly everyone starts to feel the benefits of the techniques, which include more energy, more clarity and more fun! You'd swear that everyone in the group had each finished half a bottle of red wine.
