Neural Energetic Kinesiology
Neural Energetic Kinesiology was developed principly by Hugo Tobar and consists of over thirty courses. It has the most extensive applications of "formatting", which is a technique developed by Richard Utt. Hugo's work is exceptionally detailed and far reaching; it spans from sub atomics to biochemistry to pure consciousness. Hugo's work is is taught and used arround the world and is used within the LEAP program.
