This course looks at the neurology of primary emotions, such as fear, rage, panic (separation distress), care (nurturance) and seeking (motivation or reward). It focuses on primary emotions as survival mechanisms. The stress that these primary emotions create on the neurology will be investigated and balanced using the acupressure system. This technique uses formatting for the neurology of these systems throughout the triune brain. We will look at the neural pathways, use of neurotransmitters and the effect on the autonomic nervous system. This course has been taught all over the world to wide acclaim, due to the profound results achieved by practitioners.
Pre-requisites: 100 hours of kinesiology with LEAP OR Anatomy & Physiology of the Brain OR Brain Formatting

NEURAL EMOTIONAL PATHWAYS (NEPs) 2 and 3
Modality: Energetic Kinesiology

Pre-requisite: NEPs 1
NEPs 2 and 3 are taught together in the one extended course. NEPs 2 explores the neurology of lust, play and the three states of normal consciousness – deep sleep, dreaming sleep and wakefulness. The structure, function and connectivity of the thalamus and reticular formation are covered, along with formatting for these brain structures. The systems introduced in NEPs 2 are hugely impacted upon by the emotional states of the neural pathways covered in NEPs 1. Hence, the course demonstrates how to integrate the systems from both levels to achieve profound results.
Within NEPs 3, the transformation from emotional systems to pure consciousness is examined through models of mind and consciousness and the neurology of disorders such as schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, autism, eating disorders, learning and memory problems. The course teaches how to format for specific systems involved with consciousness and how to integrate these systems with those examined in NEPs 1. The now world famous “Modes of Processing” (MOPS) is utilised.
