Diploma of Kinesiology

Building upon the knowledge and skills gained in the Certificate IV, the Diploma is the next level of qualification, and hence the Certificate IV is a pre-requisite to the Diploma.  The Diploma will be recognised as an AKA Level 2 qualification.  Apart from specialised kinesiology courses, it requires training in nutrition and advanced kinesiology strategies for the clinic.  The Diploma includes Common subjects (which are compulsory) and Specialised Kinesiology subjects (which are electives).  The student must complete a total of 250 hours of specialised subjects, consisting of at least one subject from each indicated area – Neurology, Structure, Physiology, Energy/Consciousness, and Nutrition.
