Cranial Kinesiology Level 1 develops a practical understanding of the harmonic nature of the cranium and the amazing properties of the cerebrospinal fluid.  It introduces a unique understanding of chakras and their role within the cranial mechanisim.  Level one develops hands on skills to balance out stress in the cranium which has a flow on effect to the rest of the being.
