ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS
The Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA) sets the standard for kinesiology in Australia. Membership allows for professional indemnity insurance to be accessed easily. It also allows for provider numbers to be granted by some health funds.
The Create Your Reality Certificate IV in Kinesiology exceeds the minimum requirement for the Registered Kinesiology Practitioner membership offered by the Australian Kinesiology Association. The Create Your reality Diploma of Kinesiology exceeds the minimum requirement for the Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner membership offered by the Australian Kinesiology Association.
Keeping up to date
To keep updated with developments in Kinesiology and the requirements for being a professional Kinesiologist it is a good idea to become a member of the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA). Student membership with the AKA costs $44 per year which entitles you to receive the ‘In Touch’ journal on a quarterly basis.
